SHIPPING POLICY
Luxury Epoxy Décor LD
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (2–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) — if available at checkout
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates
Epoxy kits are heavy (28–32 lbs), so shipping costs may vary.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the chemical nature of epoxy resin and hardener:
- We do not ship internationally
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Some carriers may require an adult signature for delivery
If your address is invalid or undeliverable, we will contact you for correction.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as Delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact the carrier directly
Once a package is marked Delivered, Luxury Epoxy Décor LD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box

8. Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
- Refunds are not available for epoxy kits (see Refund Policy)
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
