RETURN & REFUND POLICY

(Luxury Epoxy Décor LD – Epoxy Kits)

1. All Sales Are Final for Epoxy Products

Due to the nature of epoxy resin and hardener materials, all epoxy kit sales are final.
We cannot accept returns once the product has shipped because:

  • Epoxy materials are chemical products
  • They must be stored under controlled conditions
  • They cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility

For this reason, no returns or exchanges are accepted on epoxy kits.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.

To process a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the shipping box

Once verified, we will ship a replacement immediately.


3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order
  3. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a solution.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on epoxy kits due to product handling and safety requirements.


6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • You order the correct product
  • You enter the correct shipping address
  • You understand the mixing ratios and usage instructions

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper mixing, application, or storage.
